    Terje is a senior industry expert advisor with Triton Advisors. Prior to joining us in 2012, Terje spent five years at Eitzen Chemical ASA as President and CEO. At Eitzen, he was responsible for the world's third largest chemical tanker fleet, integrating five acquired companies and building the company's operational platform.

    Jan is the former Head of Shipping at Royal-Dutch Shell and was previously President of the UK Chamber of Shipping, Chairman of Maritime UK and the Oil Companies International Marine Forum. He is a Director of J & J Denholm Limited and the Supervisory Board of the UK Chamber of Shipping.

  • Terje Morten Tollefsen, Board Member
    Terje is Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy and Business Development at Yara International ASA, one of the largest companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to this, he ran Yara's business in Greater China and served as CFO for the group's activities in Asia. While there, Terje was president of the Norwegian Business Association, Singapore (NBAS). He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

    Per is the CEO of Nordic Tankers. Previously, he served as the CEO of Eitzen Chemical ASA and before that as its Chief Operating Officer. Earlier he served as the Managing Director of Clarkson Shipping Services USA Inc. in Houston, a company he started in 2002. Per has spent his entire career in the shipping industry, including as Vice President of Odfjell Tankers and Odfjell Logistics USA for 5 years, with Frontline AB in Stockholm for 6 years, as Vice President of Bulk Trading Group and as broker and Director of Zachs Shipping Co. in Bergen. Per started his career with Reksten Management in Bergen in the early 1980's before he moved to Jo Tankers in New York. He is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh in Scotland and holds a B.Com degree in Business.

  • Fredrik Brynildsen, Board Member
    Fredrik is an Investment Professional at Triton, where he is involved with the Business Services and Industrials sectors. Prior to joining Triton, Fredrik worked in the investment banking division at Citigroup in New York. Before that, he was employed in Citigroup's Equity Capital Markets group. He holds a degree in Economics from the Wharton School and is a former Second Lieutenant in the Norwegian Navy (Kystjegerkommandoen). Other current assignments include: Board member of Alimak Hek Group AB and Cubility AS. Former Deputy Board member of Bravida AB.
